We create intentional beauty experiences where your time, care, and presence are valued. These policies help protect your appointment, our schedule, and the atmosphere of calm and excellence we cultivate for every client.

Please read carefully — your peace of mind matters to us.

📍 Appointment Deposits & Confirmation

To secure your time on our schedule, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit:

• Appointments under $100 — $25 deposit

• Services over $100 — 30% deposit

• Services $200+ — 50% deposit

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is paid.
All deposits are applied toward your final service total.

⏱ Timeliness & Courtesy

We approach every appointment with intention — and ask the same from you:

• Please arrive on time.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited — so we can respect clients who follow the schedule.

📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — we understand that. Just let us know early:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule.

• Your deposit may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment within a 10-day window after your original date.

This policy allows us to preserve our schedule and serve other clients with care.

🚫 No-Call No-Shows

We truly value your time — and our stylists’ time as well.

• If a client does not show up for their appointment without notice, the full amount of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.

This helps honor the time that was reserved exclusively for you.

👶 Guests & Children

Our space is crafted for peace and focus:

• We do not offer services to children under age 10.

• If a child under 10 is brought to an appointment, unfortunately we cannot provide service — and any deposit will be forfeited.

For everyone’s comfort:

• Guests not receiving a service may wait in the lobby.

• You are responsible for any damage caused by your guest.
